Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to promote our forex trading products and services. The ideal candidate will handle outbound calls explain trading platforms and convert leads into active clients.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads
Explain forex trading products platforms and services clearly
Understand client needs and suggest suitable trading accounts
Follow up with interested prospects to close conversions
Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM
Achieve daily weekly and monthly call & conversion targets
Assist clients with basic account opening queries
Coordinate with sales and relationship management teams
Stay updated on forex market basics and company offerings
Requirements
Graduate or equivalent (Finance background preferred)
03 years experience in telecalling telesales or forex sales
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Arabic is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of CRM systems is an advantage
