Ontime Group is actively seeking an Arabic Sales Representative with experience in the homecare sector to join our vibrant team in the UAE. This position involves driving sales efforts for our home healthcare products effectively communicating with Arabic-speaking clients and providing exceptional service to enhance patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the homecare industry including hospitals clinics and individual patients
- Promote and sell our range of home healthcare products and services
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate solutions
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry advancements and competitive products to inform clients
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers
- Prepare and submit regular reports outlining sales activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the homecare sector ideally within the UAE
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required
- Strong understanding of home healthcare products and services
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid UAE drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
