Role Overview
As an IT Consultant Digital Transformation you will support the delivery of high-impact digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations. Working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders you will help design modern IT architectures enable agile delivery and contribute to future-oriented digital solutions aligned with business strategy and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the digital transformation of global organizations by balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with individual client requirements.
- Contribute to groundbreaking digital and IT initiatives by enabling the use of agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
- Assist in shaping future-ready customer journeys through detailed analysis of client environments business needs and market trends such as machine learning and AI.
- Design evaluate and optimize modern IT architectures including enterprise solutions custom software development and sustainable digital platforms.
- Support initiatives focused on cyber resilience reliability and secure-by-design digital solutions.
- Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams to deliver consulting outcomes.
- Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Informatics or a related discipline.
- 13 years of full-time experience in IT Consulting.
- Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including Agile DevOps AI Machine Learning Cyber Resilience and Robotics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex digital challenges.
- High motivation to learn innovate and contribute to knowledge sharing within teams.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and structured manner.
- Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global environments.
- Consulting mindset with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
