JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage detailed BIM models for architectural projects in Revit.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including structural MEP and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration.
- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or equivalent software.
- Review architectural drawings specifications and related documents to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and municipality standards.
- Assist in the preparation of LOD 300-400 models ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Generate schedules drawings and detailed documentation directly from BIM models.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards templates and workflows in coordination with project teams.
- Provide technical support and training for teams using Revit and BIM-related software.
- Ensure timely submission of BIM deliverables as per project deadlines.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with a proven track record in UAE projects.
- Strong expertise in Revit Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIM-related software.
- Background in design consulting companies is mandatory.
- Knowledge of UAE building codes local authority regulations and submission processes.
- Excellent coordination skills with MEP structural and other disciplines.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Locally available in the UAE and can join immediately.
