Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage a Vocational and Training Center in the UAE. The role involves strategy operations program development accreditation and building industry partnerships to deliver high-quality vocational training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the centers vision strategy and daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with KHDA ACTVET and UAE authorities.
- Develop and accredit vocational programs based on market demand.
- Build partnerships with government corporate and industry stakeholders.
- Lead trainers and staff ensuring student success and career outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters in Education Business or related field.
- 7 years in vocational education or training management.
- Strong leadership regulatory knowledge and business development skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Compensation
- Salary: AED 8000/month
- Benefits as per UAE labor law.
