About the Client
Our client is a leading contracting organization headquartered in Abu Dhabi delivering large-scale civil and infrastructure projects across the UAE. Operating under a global holding structure the company is recognized for its financial discipline transparency and strong project governance.
Role Overview
As a Senior Creative Graphic Designer you will take charge of the creative vision for our brand and projects blending your graphic design expertise with art direction. You will manage the design process from concept to completion ensuring that all visual elements align with our brand identity and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative design concepts across various media including digital print and social platforms.
- Craft the visual style and direction of the brand and projects ensuring consistency and quality in all creative output.
- Work closely with internal department and deliver compelling visual solutions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously overseeing timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Stay updated on design trends and best practices applying insights to keep our work fresh and relevant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing senior-level design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively.
- Creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for pushing design boundaries.
- Familiarity with web design multimedia tools and motion graphics is a plus.
