Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading real estate developer in Dubai for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their growing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background working directly for a reputable UAE developer and a proven ability to build manage and convert client and broker relationships into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients investors and channel partners
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closure
Act as a key point of contact for clients providing expert advice on developments pricing and availability
Conduct client meetings property presentations and site visits
Work closely with internal sales marketing and management teams to drive revenue
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the developer professionally at exhibitions launches and networking events

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience working for a reputable real estate developer in Dubai
Proven track record of successful property sales within the UAE market
Strong understanding of Dubais off-plan and developer-led sales environment
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated target-driven and commercially aware
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
