Prepare ingredients (washing chopping marinating portioning)
Assist in mise en place for daily service
Prepare basic sauces stocks and garnishes
Assisting to set up the buffet
Assisting guests with their requirements and food preferences.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standard
Follow food safety and hygiene rules (HACCP)
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Russian Language is preferred to assist the guests.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
- Prior experience as Commis 2 or Kitchen Assistant is an advantage
