Job Overview

IIQAF Group is seeking a friendly and service-oriented Waiter Assistant to support food and beverage service operations in our hospitality outlets in Dubai. The successful candidate will assist waiters and servers in delivering high-quality customer service maintaining table readiness and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in restaurant service hotel dining or food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist waiters and servers with food and beverage service
Set up clear and reset tables efficiently
Ensure dining areas are clean organised and presentable
Refill water condiments and service items as required
Support timely service during peak dining hours
Follow hospitality service standards and hygiene guidelines
Assist with basic guest requests and customer service needs
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Waiter Assistant Server Assistant or F&B Support Staff
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Team-oriented attitude and positive work ethic
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
Willingness to work shifts weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in hotels restaurants cafés or catering services
Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene practices
Multilingual communication skills (English required; Arabic a plus)
Experience working in Dubai or UAE hospitality sector
