The Head of Commercial will be responsible for drivingsales growth and business expansionacross Axiomscourier and 3PL supply chain services while ensuring sustainable performance of theoperator franchise business. This role requires a strong commercial leader with proven expertise inbusiness development sales strategy and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will combinestrategic vision with hands-on executionto accelerate revenue growth and position Axiom as atrusted logistics and 3PL partnerin the region.
Sales Growth & Business Development
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in courier last-mile delivery and supply chain (3PL) services.
Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities through tenders partnerships and strategic alliances.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
Client Management & Retention
Strengthen relationships with existing clients ensuring long-term partnerships and upselling opportunities.
Serve as the primary escalation point for strategic customer accounts.
Market Expansion & Positioning
Drive Axioms market entry into new segments channels and industries in the logistics domain.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust commercial strategy.
Operator Franchise Oversight
Ensure the continued profitability and growth of the operator franchise business.
Explore cross-selling opportunities between operator operations and Axioms logistics services.
Commercial Leadership
Own the P&L responsibility for commercial activities across both courier/3PL and operator franchise business lines.
Build Lead and mentor the commercial team instilling a results-driven sales culture.
Collaborate with operations finance and technology teams to align commercial priorities with service delivery.
Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track performance against growth targets.
10 years experience insales business development and commercial leadership preferably in logistics courier 3PL or telecom.
Strong track record ofachieving and exceeding revenue targets.
Proven ability tonegotiate and close high-value contracts.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills.
Excellent communication networking and presentation abilities.
Bachelors degree in Business Sales or related field (MBA preferred).
