ملخص الوظيفة
Conduct installation testing commissioning and maintenance of fire alarm systems including control panels detectors modules MCPs sounders and interfaces.
Perform installation and servicing of fire fighting systems including sprinklers fire pumps hydrants hose reels FM200 / Clean Agent systems and related equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule and project requirements.
Diagnose and resolve system faults panel troubles and wiring issues efficiently.
Ensure full compliance with UAE Civil Defence regulations and NFPA standards during all activities.
Prepare service reports inspection checklists and material requirements.
Assist with system upgrades modifications and retrofitting projects.
Coordinate with clients consultants and site teams for smooth execution of work.
Travel to various project sites using company vehicle (UAE driving license mandatory).
Follow all HSE guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
Requirements
Minimum 05 years of experience in Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems (e.g. Honeywell GST Morley Siemens Notifier etc.).
Hands-on experience in fire pumps piping sprinklers valves and suppression systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings wiring diagrams and system layouts.
Familiarity with UAE Civil Defence inspection procedures.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Diploma/ITI in Electrical Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Good communication and reporting skills.
