Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions (360-degree HR)
- Oversee recruitment and workforce planning
- Handle employee relations and engagement initiatives
- Drive performance management processes
- Support talent development and learning initiatives
- Manage HR operations and policy implementation
