ملخص الوظيفة
As a Senior Interior Designer you will lead interior design projects from concept through to completion ensuring creative excellence and technical accuracy throughout. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong leadership a refined design vision and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You will collaborate closely with internal design CAD and visualisation teams as well as external consultants and suppliers to deliver high-quality residential and hospitality projects in line with established design standards and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead concept design space planning and mood board development
Prepare review and oversee design documentation drawings and specifications
Manage client presentations design reviews and approval processes
Guide mentor and review the work of junior and intermediate designers
Coordinate with suppliers contractors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained
Oversee materials finishes and FF&E selection
Ensure projects are delivered with high levels of quality accuracy creativity and attention to detail
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Interior Design Architecture or equivalent
Minimum 8 years professional experience preferably within Dubai or the wider GCC
Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or hospitality projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit 3ds Max and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent design sensibility with strong detailing and FF&E knowledge
Strong communication presentation and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage projects independently and work effectively under pressure
