- Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers.
- Lead mentor and empower the Sales & Marketing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and measurable results.
- Set manage and deliver on budgets for Sales Marketing and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
- Monitor market trends competitor insights and economic conditions adapting strategies to maximise occupancy RevPAR and market share.
- Prepare insightful reports track KPIs forecast Meetings & Events revenue and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager.
- Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
- Lead client meetings sales trips and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.
Qualifications :
- 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
- Significant experience in Sales and Marketing within luxury hotels in the UAE
- Demonstrated ability to source and convert key business opportunities
- Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
- Strategic thinker pro-active and focused on achieving results
- Strong knowledge of marketing streams digital and social media
- Ability to lead supervise and coordinate a multi-skilled team
- Passionate for luxury and knowledgeable about opportunities in the segment
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
- Well-refined sales techniques customer relationship management communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
