A leader who can balance the art and science of luxury hospitality: the analytical mind for revenue performance the creative instinct for brand expression and the foresight to turn market trends into tangible results.

  • Craft and execute Sales & Marketing strategies across domestic and international markets positioning the hotel as the destination of choice for luxury travellers.
  • Lead mentor and empower the Sales & Marketing team fostering a culture of excellence collaboration and measurable results.
  • Set manage and deliver on budgets for Sales Marketing and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
  • Monitor market trends competitor insights and economic conditions adapting strategies to maximise occupancy RevPAR and market share.
  • Prepare insightful reports track KPIs forecast Meetings & Events revenue and provide actionable guidance to the Executive Team and General Manager.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events trade shows and networking functions building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
  • Lead client meetings sales trips and promotional initiatives that raise visibility and attract new business.

Qualifications :

  • 5 to 6 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
  • Significant experience in Sales and Marketing within luxury hotels in the UAE
  • Demonstrated ability to source and convert key business opportunities
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field
  • Strategic thinker pro-active and focused on achieving results
  • Strong knowledge of marketing streams digital and social media
  • Ability to lead supervise and coordinate a multi-skilled team
  • Passionate for luxury and knowledgeable about opportunities in the segment
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and software
  • Well-refined sales techniques customer relationship management communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
