ملخص الوظيفة
Job Responsibilities:
- Design review and validate MEP systems focusing primarily on electrical aspects for interior fitout and joinery projects.
- Coordinate with architects interior designers consultants and other engineering disciplines to ensure cohesive project development.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and standards (e.g. DEWA SEWA Civil Defense etc..
- Oversee onsite installation activities ensuring all work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage subcontractors and site teams ensuring quality control timely and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct testing commissioning and troubleshooting of MEP systems.
- Maintain thorough documentation including method statements inspection reports asbuilt drawings and handover documents.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical guidance and progress updates.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineer MEP discipline.
- Must have 5 years of experience in the UAE/GCC specifically in interior fitout and joinery projects.
- Candidates with Hotel project experience in the UAE/GCC are ideal.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and integration with MEP disciplines.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Familiarity with local authority procedures approval processes and site coordination.
- Strong leadership coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and MEP design software is a plus.
- Currently based in the UAE.
- Available immediately to join.
