Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance and control strategies aligned with project goals.
Lead the establishment and maintenance of quality management systems for the project.
Oversee the inspection and testing of construction materials and processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the design production and planning teams to resolve qualityrelated issues.
Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Train and mentor quality control team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE/B. Tech).
Proven experience 12 years) in a quality management role preferably in the construction or precast industry).
Familiarity with national and international quality standards.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Previous experience with largescale construction projects is highly desirable.
