We are seeking a Business Development Manager who thrives in fastpaced environments and is eager to contribute to the strategic growth of a beloved lifestyle hotel brand.

As Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in:

Crafting and implementing strategies to drive growth for the brand.
Identifying new development opportunities within the region and beyond.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders partners and investors.
Leading deal structuring negotiation and closure of strategic partnerships.
Preparing market studies feasibility assessments and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

What We are Looking for:

Solid experience in the hotel development cycle or direct exposure to hospitality development models.
Proven track record in a large hotel chain (e.g. analyst or development manager role) or hospitality consultancy.
Commercially sharp analytical and highly organized.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across different levels.
Strong proficiency in Excel and administrative tools.
A Masters or MBA degree is a strong plus.
Candidates currently based in Dubai or open to relocation.
