Job description

Hiring: Sales Consultant Real Estate Company

Location: Business Bay Dubai.
Experience: Must have experience in the UAE
Requirement: Brokerage experience is required

Salary: AED 5000 AED 7000 depending on experience)

Skills & Qualifications:

& Negotiation Skills

Ability to persuade and influence potential buyers & investors
Expertise in structuring profitable deals for clients
Skilled in objection handling and closing highticket sales
Strong upselling & crossselling strategies

2. Communication & Client Management

Excellent verbal & written communication
Ability to build and maintain longterm client relationships
Skilled in conducting presentations property tours & virtual sales meetings
Strong followup and customer engagement skills

3. Real Estate Market & Legal Knowledge

Deep understanding of UAE real estate laws & RERA regulations
Knowledge of offplan and secondary market properties
Awareness of mortgage financing property registration & legal contracts
Familiarity with freehold vs. leasehold ownership

Generation

Ability to source qualify & nurture leads effectively
Proficiency in using digital marketing & social media platforms for sales

& Time Management

Ability to handle multiple clients deals & negotiations simultaneously
Strong problemsolving skills and adaptability to market changes
Selfmotivated targetdriven and resilient in a competitive market
