Job Responsibility:
- Must have managed a team of specialist in executing the precommissioning and commissioning activities independently.
- Fully familiar with procedures and other requirements associated with commissioning.
- Should demonstrate leadership during the implementation of the above important activities in large projects and have its test run and plant acceptance
- Responsible for the overall management of the PMC Commissioning teams including Construction Engineers and Construction Supervisors.
- Coordinate all Commissioning activities for the Project.
- Ensure all aspects of Commissioning work scopes are being effectively managed and performed by EPC and other Construction Contractors.
- Ensure Construction Contractors are adhering to Project HSSE and Quality standards.
- Ensure PMC Construction personnel are competent to perform their duties relating to the scope of work as identified in the Contract.
- A degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience in major oil/gas refinery projects
