Lead financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting.

Prepare accurate monthly & quarterly management reports.

Analyze revenue profitability and operational costs.

Oversee manufacturing cost reconciliations and variance analysis.

Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting.

CPA(K) ACCA or CIMA qualification (ICPAK registered).

Minimum 5 years experience in Management/Cost Accounting within Manufacturing/FMCG.

Strong ERP system knowledge & advanced Excel skills.

Analytical thinker with leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.
