We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our culinary team and contribute to creating memorable high-quality dining experiences. This role is essential in delivering dishes that reflect the spirit of adventure community and authenticity that defines our retreat.
Culinary Expertise & Kitchen Operations
Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items.
Assist in menu planning recipe execution and portion control under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Ensure all ingredients are prepared organized and ready for service supporting a smooth kitchen operation.
Maintain awareness of guest preferences and dietary requirements ensuring personalized culinary experiences.
Hygiene Safety & Standards
Follow strict hygiene sanitation and food safety standards at all times.
Maintain clean and organized workstations equipment and storage areas.
Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients to maintain freshness and quality.
Report any equipment faults hazards or safety concerns promptly to supervisors.
Collaboration & Teamwork
Work closely with other chefs kitchen staff and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as required.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving menu service and kitchen processes.

Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in similar kitchen roles within hotels resorts or restaurants preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques plating and kitchen operations.
Friendly approachable and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays as required.
