KBR is looking for a Process Manager for a PMC project with Feasibility Studies & Conceptual Design/ Pre-FEED experience to be based at Abu Dhabi City.
Experience required:
- 15 years of experience in Process Engineering in large Gas/Refineries Projects including 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Manage the execution of in-house process studies either technical or conceptual or optimization studies
- Lead the process studies for gas plants optimization and modifications to contribute in achieving the target production better quality and higher efficiency.
- Lead the adequacy assessment of process units and utility systems.
- Ensure that the studies are Fit for Purpose and techno economically viable based on detailed analysis.
- Comprehensive knowledge of main process simulation software equipment sizing and line sizing (e.g. Aspen HYSYS / HTRI/Pipesim).
- Comprehensive knowledge of main pipelines hydraulic software (TGNET & TLNET & SPS)
- Comprehensive Knowledge of gas processing plants NGL Recovery NGL fractionation and LNG Plants.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Sour Gas processing Sulphur Recovery Units (SRUs) and Sulphur handling.
- Comprehensive Knowledge of Gas Transportation and Gas/Condensate Pipeline engineering.
- Previous ADNOC projects and PMC experiences are a must.
- Bachelors degree in engineering is a must.
