About the Role
A luxury automotive showroom on Sheikh Zayed Road is seeking a polished and customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Specialist to welcome guests provide initial product insights and support the sales team. This role blends hospitality and sales preparationensuring every visitor receives an exceptional first impression before being handed over to a Sales Executive for the full consultation.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Reception & Experience
Greet and welcome all showroom visitors ensuring a premium and engaging experience.
Manage the reception area customer check-ins and visitor flow.
Understand customer needs and guide them to the appropriate Sales Executive.
Deliver a warm attentive and service-oriented environment aligned with luxury standards.
Product Knowledge & Initial Engagement
Provide walk-in customers with introductory information about the showrooms vehicles features and technology.
Assist customers with initial product walk-throughs and feature explanations.
Capture customer interests and prepare detailed handover notes for Sales Executives.
Showroom Operations Support
Maintain the showrooms presentation and ensure alignment with luxury brand expectations.
Support daily operations events product displays and customer experience activities.
Coordinate with sales marketing and operations teams for seamless execution.
Administrative & Coordination Duties
Manage incoming calls inquiries appointment scheduling and general communication.
Update customer records using CRM systems accurately and promptly.
Prepare basic visitor reports and summaries to support showroom management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
13 years of customer service retail front-desk or sales support experience.
Background in luxury retail fashion beauty hospitality or automotive sectors is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished professional presence.
Ability to explain product features clearly and confidently.
Proactive organized and comfortable multitasking in a busy showroom environment.
Familiar with CRM systems and digital customer engagement tools.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
