Sealy Mattress Middle East a leader in the premium bedding industry with over 30 years of excellence is looking for a dynamic Contract Sales Manager to drive our commercial sales efforts. Based out of Jeddah our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility produces top-tier mattresses and bedding solutions under well-respected brands such as Sealy Crown Jewels and Stearns & Foster. The Contract Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the hospitality sector by building and nurturing relationships with commercial clients including hotels resorts and larger corporate accounts. This role demands a strategic thinker who is adept at managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target and attract commercial clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the hospitality industry.
- Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Sealys cutting-edge products.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures that benefit both the client and the company.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure optimal fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to effectively position Sealys offerings.
- Provide ongoing customer support and resolve any inquiries or issues that may arise post-sale.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management or contract sales preferably within the bedding furniture or hospitality sectors.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a focus on market trends and customer insights.
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field preferred.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
- Preferred age between 30 to 40 years.
