Role Summary:

We are seeking an accomplished and highly commercial Senior Manager to lead the revenue growth and solutioning for our complex B2B Payments and Card Issuance programs. This is a high-impact hybrid "Hunter-Farmer" role where success is measured by closed deals and efficient client go-lives.

The mandate is to generate and close new client opportunities by selling our underlying B2B technology platform. This leader acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Leadership and the entire internal delivery ecosystem (Product Project Tech Operations).


Key Responsibilities

1. Commercial Acquisition & Solution Sales (60%)

Pipeline Ownership & Generation: Actively pursue and generate new business leads focusing on B2B and Enterprise clients for both closed-loop and open-loop pipelines.

Technical Closing & Pitching: Serve as the lead Solutions Expert in high-value sales engagements conducting technical demonstrations and pitches that instill client confidence and presenting and selling our Closed-Loop platforms capability to technical and executive stakeholders.

Commercial Negotiation: Lead the first-stage commercial and contractual negotiations specifically vetting and finalizing the technical scope implementation timelines and client dependencies outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Client Comfort & Partnership: Build deep relationships with prospective client stakeholders specifically addressing technical and operational concerns to secure contract signing and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery phase.


2. Process Governance & Delivery Oversight (40%)

SPOC and Governance: Act as the mandated SPOC between the Director and all internal stakeholders (Project Product Tech Finance Operations) owning the internal process to distribute work eliminate gaps and ensure a unified delivery front.

Client-to-Go-Live (CtGL) Process: Design implement and track internal processes (KPIs stage gates) to ensure signed clients transition from contract to operational go-live efficiently and with maximized ROI.

Implementation Sponsorship: Anchor all new projects technically for both Open & Closed Loop providing senior oversight to the PM to control scope and maintain project health.

Client Lifecycle Management: Own the operational client lifecycle post-launch monitoring adoption and working with internal teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met driving client satisfaction and identifying up-sell opportunities.

Mentorship: Provide strategic guidance to the product & program managers accelerating their development in project governance and processing ensuring scalable project management capacity.





Requirements

Key Requirements & Experience

B2B Tech Sales (Mandatory): 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience in a sales business development or solutions consulting role within the B2B FinTech or Payments Platform or Card Issuing industry.

Proven Client Acquisition: Must demonstrate a track record of winning enterprise clients specifically for payments issuance products (e.g. corporate cards prepaid programs loyalty platforms closed-loop solutions).

Technical Sales Fluency: Deep understanding of the technical requirements for Closed-Loop programs (e.g. redemption mechanics fulfillment logistics merchant onboarding and internal ledger technology). Experience with Open-Loop solutions (APIs processors regulatory adherence) is highly preferred or a strong nice-to-have.

Negotiation & Contract Review: Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and expertly vet technical scope documentation (SOWs RFPs) to protect the business.

Leadership & Process: Experience managing a sales pipeline setting up internal processes for delivery efficiency and leading/influencing cross-functional teams (Tech Product Operations) without direct reporting authority.

Regional Experience (Preferred): Experience selling and delivering payments solutions within the UAE KSA or broader MENA region.

Qualifications: Experience: 7 years of business development sales or partnerships experience ideally within the digital technology or e-commerce sectors. Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UAE market with an established network and a deep understanding of local business practices and culture. Collaboration: A Strong team player and collaborate with YGG teams across UAE and other countries Sales Expertise: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets and growing new and existing business including calling convincing and presentation skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to present and negotiate effectively. Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data identify trends and develop actionable business strategies. Self-Motivated: Highly driven proactive and able to work independently to achieve goals.
