ملخص الوظيفة

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research networking and outreach to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct sales presentations and tours of the hotel for prospective clients showcasing the facilities services and unique offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients for room bookings events and other services ensuring profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Analyze market trends competitor offerings and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing front office and event management teams to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of client requests.
  • Assist clients in planning events including meetings conferences and weddings by providing guidance on available services and options.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities revenue generation and market trends to track performance against targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials campaigns and packages that attract target markets.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve services and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Attend industry events trade shows and networking functions to promote the hotel and establish valuable connections.
  • Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and sales techniques to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the development and management of the sales budget ensuring adherence to financial targets and cost control.

Qualifications :

Your Experience and Skills Include:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive results-driven approach with a strong commitment to delivering excellence.
  • A valid UAE Driving License.
  • Experience with CVENT or similar event-management platforms.
  • Proven Events and MICE sales experience in the UAE local market.
  • Proficiency in the Opera Sales & Catering system.
  • Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.
