- Follows all steps of service.
- Provides superior service behind the bar by preparing drinks according to recipe standards.
- Ensures all stock is up to par levels.
- Completes daily inventory and informs servers/managers/bar back of any changes.
Qualifications :
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Strong Beverage Knowledge with experience in fine dining bar service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service
