Positions are based in Dubai and we are seeking UAE nationals (with a family book) only.
About You
To be considered for the Marsh Early Careers program you must be a UAE national (with a family book) a final-year student or a recent graduate who demonstrates:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint Word Excel)
Strong academic performance and grades
Enthusiasm for developing a long-term career in the professional services industry
Ability to work collaboratively in teams fostering engagement and inclusion
Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
Passion for building a career in risk strategy and people management
Outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Result-oriented mindset
