Position Overview:
This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced BD professionals to join a scaling organization at a critical growth phase. You will be instrumental in establishing the companys presence in the construction and contracting market building a strong client pipeline and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify high-value business opportunities
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company objectives
- Prospecting qualifying and pursuing new client relationships
- Prepare compelling proposals pitches and business presentations
- Negotiate contracts and close significant deals
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Manage client lifecycle from initial contact through contract execution
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations finance legal) to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape
Required Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of business development experience in construction contracting or engineering sectors
- Proven track record of success in GCC markets (UAE KSA Oman Qatar)
- Experience managing large-value contracts and complex B2B sales cycles
- Demonstrated success building client networks and closing significant deals
