Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Products Development Manager to join our team. As the Products Development Manager you will be responsible for managing the development launch and growth of our card products. This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for card products - Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends - Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop new card products and enhance existing ones - Manage the entire product development process from ideation to launch - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create effective product positioning and messaging - Monitor and track product performance and make recommendations for improvements - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards - Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities - Lead and mentor a team of product development professionals Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development preferably in the financial services industry - Proven track record of successfully launching and managing card products - Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the financial services industry - Excellent project management and leadership skills - Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Work with Us: At Star Services LLC we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
