Collaborate closely with the product marketing and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.
Represent Rezlive at international trade fairs networking events and B2B exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
Recruit mentor and motivate regional sales heads fostering a culture of high performance and ownership.
Provide regular sales forecasts market insights and performance analysis to management.
Contribute to annual budgeting pricing strategies and strategic alliances to drive long-term growth.
Desired Profile
10 years of experience in international B2B sales preferably in travel hospitality or global distribution industries.
Demonstrated experience in managing multi-region sales teams and meeting large-scale revenue goals.
Strong understanding of B2B travel ecosystems (wholesalers OTAs DMCs aggregators).
Exceptional leadership negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment with frequent travel requirements.
Exposure to digital distribution XML connectivity and online reservation platforms will be an advantage.
