The Digital Marketing Executive will support the hotels overall marketing strategy with a strong focus on performance Food & Beverage and rooms campaigns social media and digital analytics. The role will help drive traffic engagement and conversions across our key channels while ensuring all content is on-brand and aligned with Accor/Fairmont guidelines.
Website &
- Support the management and optimization of hotel content on and related landing pages (offers rooms dining meetings spa).
- Coordinate with corporate e-commerce and brand teams to ensure content is accurate up to date and SEO-friendly.
- Upload and update offers images and copy as required ensuring brand compliance.
Performance Marketing & OTAs (Support Role)
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on paid search display metasearch and OTA marketing (e.g. BNSA TravelAds MMT Sojern Koddi) when applicable.
- Track collect and consolidate performance reports from various channels and prepare simple dashboards/recaps for the Director of Marketing.
Social Media & Content Creation
- Support the planning and scheduling of content across social media channels (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn etc.).
- Coordinate content shoots assist with briefs and liaise with photographers videographers and agencies.
- Draft captions and basic copy for social media posts newsletters and digital banners aligned with the brand tone of voice.
Email Marketing & CRM
- Assist with preparation of EDMs (copy images links testing) in coordination with the cluster/corporate CRM team.
- Ensure all links UTMs and tracking parameters are correctly implemented to measure campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting
- Support the tracking and reporting of key KPIs (traffic engagement conversions ROAS etc.) using tools such as GA4 social media insights and OTA dashboards.
- Prepare regular reports and basic insights to help optimize campaigns and highlight opportunities or issues.
Coordination & Administration
- Liaise with internal departments (Rooms F&B Revenue Sales) to collect information offers and updates for digital channels.
- Assist with vendor coordination (agencies platforms partners) and basic administrative tasks (POs quotations follow-ups).
- Ensure all digital materials follow brand guidelines and are approved prior to publication.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Marketing Communications Business or related field.
- 13 years experience in digital marketing preferably in hospitality travel Food & Beverage or lifestyle industries (internships and trainee roles can be counted).
- Basic understanding of:
- Social media platforms and best practices
- Email marketing and CRM basics
- Website content management and SEO fundamentals
- Online advertising concepts (paid search display social ads)
- Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4) and social media insights dashboards is an advantage.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva basic Photoshop or similar) is a plus.
- Strong writing skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Highly organised detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Eager to learn proactive and collaborative with a genuine interest in digital trends and hospitality.
