Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet patients with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage incoming calls schedule appointments and maintain the clinics calendar
- Provide patients with accurate information regarding clinic services and procedures
- Assist with the patient check-in process including completing necessary forms and updating records
- Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming
- Handle payment processing billing inquiries and insurance verification as needed
- Coordinate with clinic staff to ensure a smooth patient flow
- Address client inquiries and resolve concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
Requirements - Previous experience as a Receptionist in a clinic or healthcare environment
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service abilities and a warm welcoming attitude
- Experience with appointment scheduling and managing clinic calendars
- Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical records
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
