ملخص الوظيفة
Assist in implementing HSE policies procedures and practices.
Conduct routine site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Support in risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
Report unsafe practices or conditions to the HSE Officer/Manager.
Assist in conducting toolbox talks and HSE inductions for new employees and contractors.
Maintain and update safety records checklists and incident reports.
Monitor the use of PPE and ensure availability for all site workers.
Provide administrative support for HSE documentation and training logs.
Help coordinate emergency drills and safety meetings.
Participate in accident/incident investigations and support root cause analysis.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field.
HSE certifications (e.g. NEBOSH IGC IOSH Managing Safely) preferred.
12 years of experience in an HSE role (construction oil & gas or industrial sectors preferred).
Good understanding of UAE labor and safety regulations.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strong communication and observation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Additional Information :
