DescriptionWe are looking for a competent and experienced Office Coordinator & HR Executive to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations combined with strong office administration and coordination capabilities. This role requires thorough knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE regulations recruitment processes employee relations and daily office management.
The ideal candidate will present a polished professional appearance maintain excellent grooming standards demonstrate confident body language and possess outstanding verbal communication skills. Fluency in English is essential with the ability to communicate professionally with employees clients visitors and senior management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing onboarding and offboarding.
- Handle payroll processing WPS coordination leave management employee benefits administration and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee records contracts and compliance-related documentation.
- Manage front desk operations including answering and directing incoming calls professionally.
- Maintain meeting rooms and reception areas to ensure readiness and presentability at all times.
- Supervise departmental tasks using CRM systems and conduct regular follow-ups.
- Manage daily visitor logs and event registers.
- Ensure adequate office and pantry supplies are maintained.
- Oversee overall office readiness for walk-in clients and scheduled meetings.
Requirements- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of UAE experience in HR operations and office coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law MOHRE regulations and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in payroll processing WPS employee relations and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and people management skills.
- Strong organizational problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
