DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Human Resources professional to join our clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on experience in HR operations with a strong understanding of MOHRE regulations recruitment employee relations and UAE labour law compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates for various roles in the real estate sector
- Support onboarding processes ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
- Maintain employee files and HR databases ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Monitor compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices
- Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives
Requirements- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
- Must have strong understanding of MOHRE regulations recruitment employee relations and UAE labour law compliance.
- At least 3 years local UAE of HR experience preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR software
- Experience in WPS payroll and employee relations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Arabic Speaker (Preferred)
