Key Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Align Tech & OPS applications with IHS Towers business goals. Collaborate with business leaders to understand and prioritize application needs.

Project Management: Oversee the planning and execution of business application projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and on budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Application Portfolio Management: Oversee a subset of IHS Towers portfolio of business applications ServiceNow Redcube etc. Evaluate and implement new functionalities as needed while continuously assess the performance and relevance of the applications.

Change Management: Approve monitor and track Business Applications changes from design to deployment. Prepare release calendars

Team Leadership: Lead the application support and Vendor teams for Business Applications. Fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment and Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers for Business Applications. Negotiate and review service level agreements (SLA) and ensure vendor performance in line with agreed SLAs.

Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance processes for application development and maintenance. Ensure testing and validation of changes and new features to ensure Tech and OPS applications meet IHS Towers organizational standards.

Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce applications controls to protect the integrity and quality of IHS Towers processes and data. Ensure they comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Also approve privileged users applications access requests. Ensures all identified and known vulnerabilities are resolved promptly.

Documentation: Ensure documentation are created and maintained for applications processes and procedures.

Qualifications :

Functional Competencies

  • Ability to design scalable solutions in multi-instance environments.
  • 5 - 8 years of ServiceNow administration and product delivery certified within modules/applications ITSM ITOM FSM EAM / HAM Preferred ServiceNow Application expertise aligning with IHS (Telco Tower industry).
