ملخص الوظيفة
As a Kitchen Steward you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks aimed at maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen area.
As a Kitchen Steward you will be responsible for the following:
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools including the dish washing machine and hand wash stations pot-scrubbing station
- Wash and disinfect kitchen areas tables tools knives and equipment using detergent rinsing and sanitizing chemicals
- Clean and mop all areas throughout the kitchen
- Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures report maintenance needs to manager
Qualifications :
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
- Time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of team members
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change
- Experience working in a commercial kitchen preferred
- Ability to work a rotating roster including nights weekends and public holidays
