Our client a rapidly growing technology services company is seeking a Global VP Head of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale their global hiring strategy. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader with experience in building world-class talent teams across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the global talent acquisition strategy across US GCC and APAC regions.
- Lead mentor and grow the TA team to meet aggressive hiring goals.
- Drive employer branding candidate experience and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with business leaders to anticipate and fulfill talent needs in a fast-growth environment.
Requirements
Proven experience leading global talent acquisition in technology or professional services.
Strong understanding of regional talent markets in the US GCC and Asia.
Strategic data-driven and hands-on when needed.
