A leading FMCG/Food Manufacturing company in Dubai is seeking to hire a Senior Accounts Receivable Officer to join its growing finance team. This role is critical for managing the full accounts receivable cycle ensuring credit control compliance and maximizing cash flow through timely collections.
If you have a solid background in accounts receivable credit control and SAP and are looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced manufacturing environment this role could be the right fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer accounts including credit assessments and credit limit approvals.
Oversee timely collections and allocate receipts accurately against SAP invoices.
Regularly monitor customer ageing reports and follow up on overdue balances.
Maintain credit insurance applications and liaise with insurance companies.
Handle cheque dishonors coordinate with legal and sales teams on resolutions.
Ensure all trade promotions rebates and customer agreements are recorded and updated in SAP.
Prepare monthly reports: ageing doubtful debtors trade expenses and customer reconciliations.
Supervise and support junior AR team members and coordinate performance metrics.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field.
5 7 years of experience in AR collections or credit control in a large organization ideally in FMCG or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel.
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
Capable of leading small teams and handling internal and external coordination.
