ملخص الوظيفة
- Assist the Bartender to open and close the bar.
- Ensure the bar is well stocked with liquor beer spirits garnishes ice cubes and other products needed throughout their shift.
- Maintain inventory of glassware silverware stirrers shakers strainers and other bartending tools.
- Keeping the bar clean by wiping down surfaces sweeping and mopping removing soiled glassware scrubbing coolers and storage areas and emptying trash receptacles.
- Ensure all set ups and re-set ups are done in a timely manner.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Barman/Barback
- Hospitality background is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
