Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Sales Consultant / Skin Therapist (Trainer). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth building strong client relationships and delivering high-quality training on the companys Skin brands. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid sales background hands-on expertise in skincare or beauty therapy excellent communication skills and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

1-Sales and Business Development:

Actively seek out and develop new sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets.
Present promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and evaluate their needs.

2-Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Regularly visit salons spas hotels and beauty retailers to ensure satisfaction.
Serve as the key point of contact for client inquiries and support.

3-Training and Education:

Deliver product knowledge features and benefits training to clients.
Conduct demonstrations and practical training sessions.
Support the marketing team with promotional activities and events.

4-Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare and submit sales reports and analysis.
Keep accurate records of activities and transactions in the CRM system.

5-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the Sales and Education Coordinator and other team members to align on objectives.
Share client feedback with the team to improve offerings.

Requirements:

Proven sales and/or skin therapy experience (beauty industry preferred).
Strong communication interpersonal and training skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Flexibility for travel and occasional work outside office hours.
