Were on the lookout for a Real Estate Agent to join our team at Akaria Real Estate a boutique agency in Dubai.

Your role:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Finding new clients through networking referrals and creative outreach.
- Handling leads efficiently and closing deals in line with company procedures.
- Presenting our portfolio in a clear confident and compelling way.
- Guiding clients through the full sales process from first hello to final handshake.
- Working with our team to make deals seamless.
A day in the role might look like:
- Follow up with your leads chat with clients on WhatsApp and set up private viewings.
- Show clients around properties in Business Bay and put together proposals for those interested.
Youre perfect for this role if:
- Youve got 1 years of sales experience in real estate must! and you can share successful property sales cases.
- Youre comfortable negotiating deals and talking with clients.
- You speak fluent English.
- Youre motivated well-organized and love hitting goals.
- Youre based in Dubai and know the market like the back of your hand.
