Sound knowledge of F&B service procedures and hygiene standards.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
Strong communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
High attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
