Construction Manager Marine Supervision

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for a Marine Supervision Project to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab this critical role you will oversee complex marine construction projects ensuring they are completed safely on time and within budget while adhering to local and international standards.

• Lead and manage marine construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and implement project plans schedules and budgets
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients contractors and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations environmental standards and quality control measures
• Oversee the procurement of materials equipment and services for marine projects
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with marine construction activities
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings
• Manage and mentor a team of engineers supervisors and contractors
• Prepare and present comprehensive project reports to senior management
• Stay updated on the latest marine construction technologies and methodologies

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Marine Engineering or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum 15 years of experience in delivering at least 1 marine project
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex marine construction projects
• Strong knowledge of marine construction techniques coastal engineering principles and relevant regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D modeling software is a plus
• Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills
• Safety management certification (e.g. OSHA)
• Experience with offshore construction projects is highly desirable
• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations and standards
• Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in the UAE
