Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote our companys products and services build long-term client relationships and meet sales targets in Al AinUAE. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B and B2C sales experience excellent communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research networking and cold calling.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct client visits product demonstrations and presentations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare and follow up on quotations proposals and contracts.
Coordinate with internal departments (operations accounts logistics) for smooth order execution.
Track and report sales performance leads and pipeline progress.
Stay updated with competitor activities pricing and market trends.
Attend trade shows exhibitions and industry events to promote the brand.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum 35 years of sales experience in the UAE (automotive contracting trading or related industry preferred).
Strong interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
