We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy operations in Misrata Libya. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English and have a strong background in hospital or clinical pharmacy management.
Location: Misrata Libya
Position: Pharmacy Manager
Languages: Arabic & English (Fluent)
Joining: Immediate or 30 Days max.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations including staff supervision inventory and regulatory compliance
Ensure safe effective and cost-efficient medication use
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to support clinical care
Implement pharmacy policies and procedures aligned with healthcare standards
Manage procurement budgeting and reporting related to pharmacy services
Train and mentor pharmacy staff.

Requirements

Requirements:
Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm or PharmD); advanced certification or MBA is a plus
Valid pharmacist license
Proven experience in a leadership role within a hospital or clinical pharmacy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
Willingness to relocate or work in Misrata Libya.
