Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Waiters/Food Runner to join one of our leading client restaurant in Al Ain. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests delivering exceptional service and ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen and service staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests courteously and provide menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.
- Serve dishes and beverages professionally according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of tables before and after each guest.
- Upsell menu items and suggest specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints politely and promptly.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Support team members and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Process customer payments and handle billing efficiently.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Waitress/food runner in a restaurant or hospitality environment (UAE or GCC experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other language skills are an advantage).
- Pleasant well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Excellent customer service and multitasking abilities.
- Flexible to work in shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Young healthy and hygienic
