Experience: 3 TO 6 yearsEmployment Type: Full timeTeam: Engineering Software DevelopmentRole OverviewAs a T2 Tech Lead youll be responsible for guiding a small team of developers while remaining hands-on with code. Youll collaborate with senior engineers and product managers to deliver scalable high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from senior developer to technical ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of software components and featuresConduct code reviews and enforce best practices in coding and architectureCollaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and deliverablesMentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learningTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issuesContribute to sprint planning estimations and retrospectivesEnsure timely delivery of projects with high quality and performance standardsRequired SkillsStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages Experience with cloud platforms Familiarity with CI CD pipelines and DevOps practicesSolid understanding of software architecture and design patternsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsSoft SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead by example and inspire team membersStrong problem solving and decision making abilitiesAdaptability and willingness to take ownershipQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fieldPrior experience in leading small teams or mentoring peersCertifications in cloud or Agile methodologies are a plus
