Tasks
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates managing communication across Slack LinkedIn email and our internal platform.
- Proactively follow up to keep candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Hop on quick calls when needed to explain next steps clarify expectations or offer guidance.
- Track all candidate activity and communication in Airtable and ClickUp ensuring all data stays clean and organized.
- Coordinate closely with the Talent Acquisition team Customer Success Manager and Interview Managers to ensure smooth handoffs and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates your role is to be their success manager not just another recruiter.
- Keep communication warm human and professional while representing Hirys tone and values.
Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident in daily communication via Slack email and calls.
- Outgoing and approachable personality enjoys talking to people and helping them succeed.
- Prior experience in hospitality customer success or recruiting is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail able to juggle multiple conversations while staying structured.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote setup.
- Available during European business hours (CET).
- Proactive and reliable consistent follow-up is key.
