About the role:
The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for partner relationships and revenue in their assigned territory and is responsible for building and growing successful Nintex partner practices with differentiated value propositions centered on Process Management & Automation. The objectives are to win new logo business and grow existing joint customers. The roles challenge and excitement will be to help the partners located in your territory continue to leverage our current portfolio and educate them on how to sell new features as they are brought to market.
Your contribution will be:
- Attain targets: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals while maintaining accurate data-driven forecasts.
- Grow partner pipeline: Build and execute joint business plans; drive MoM pipeline growth through opportunity creation partner lead qualification and disciplined follow-up.
- Plan & market with partners: Co-develop and run GTM motions (campaigns webinars events MDF) with clear goals and ROI.
- Be the Nintex expert: Translate Nintexs Intelligent Process Automation capabilities into concrete business outcomes for customers and partner services.
- Craft joint value propositions: Align to each partners strengths and define winning strategies centered on IPA use cases.
- Build the ecosystem: Recruit onboard train and coach partners; manage relationships and quarterly business reviews to ensure execution.
- Close the feedback loop: Capture partner needs and communicate program requirements to the Partner Program Manager; help evolve benefits incentives and guardrails.
- Stay product-current: Collaborate with Product/PMM on current and upcoming releases; plan enablement and program adjustments ahead of changes.
- Operate with rigor: Maintain clean pipeline hygiene in Salesforce ensure deal registration accuracy and escalate/clear roadblocks quickly.
To be successful we think you need:
- 5 years of channel sales experience ideally in a SaaS company.
- A proven record of over-achievement
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Bachelor Degree in IT Computer Science Business or a related discipline
